Applications

1. This machine consists of a five (six) roll calender, a multi-roll unwinding device, and a cooling auxiliary mechanism.

2. This machine is suitable for producing hard PVC sheets with a thickness of 0.06-1.20mm, with a thickness error ≤ 0.01mm. It

can also provide a special machine for producing hard PVC films with a thickness of only 0.02mm and a thickness error ≤ 0.003mm.

3. The calender rolls use mixed or independent drives, equipped with a special hard-toothed surface reducer; and optional preload, anti-bending

devices and hydraulic shaft crossing devices.

4. Each drive motor of the calender can be adjusted independently, or it can be used for tracking and linked speed adjustment.
