【Purpose】

This machine is used for the plastication of rubber and plastics, and the mixing of various rubber and plastic materials.

【Features】

1. The mixing chamber has a perforated structure, which allows for fast heating and cooling, with good results. The inner wall is hard chrome-plated for a long service life.

2. The top ends and two sides of the two-edged, three-edged, and four-edged rotor blades are hard-faced with imported German hard alloy, and all working surfaces are hard chrome-plated,

wear-resistant and beautiful. The tangential, intermeshing, and synchronous rotor cavities can pass hot and cold media.

3. The top uses a hydraulic constant pressure sealing structure, with high-pressure oil lubrication, automatic oil shortage alarm, good sealing effect, and long service life.

4. If the machine is overloaded for too long, the top bolt will automatically depressurize to protect the machine and extend its service life.

5. The working surfaces of the upper and lower top bolts are both hard chrome-plated, with a wear-resistant and beautiful surface. The lower top bolt can pass hot and cold media.

6. The discharge door uses a double-rack hydraulic cylinder, with a linear cylinder for locking, ensuring stable operation and accurate positioning.

7. It uses a double output shaft hard tooth surface gearbox, and uses a gear coupling or a cross universal joint for transmission, with smooth transmission

stable, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life.
