Purpose and characteristics:
Used for extruding various rubber products and supplying rubber.
1. The barrel is a segmented structure. The feed section of the barrel has spiral grooves, which cooperate with the side pressure rollers to increase the feeding capacity. The plasticizing section and the extrusion section of the barrel are equipped with a varying number of pins.
2. The screw has high geometric accuracy and good wear resistance after nitriding treatment.
3. The temperature of each section is automatically controlled by a hot water circulation device.
4. This machine has the characteristics of good plasticizing effect, strong extrusion capacity, low rubber discharge temperature, and stable operation
